1. Order Processing Time

The processing time is the time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse or factory. This is separate from the delivery time.

  • "US STOCK" Products: Require 1 business day for processing.
  • Custom-Made Products: Produced specifically based on your order details. These require 3 business days for production and processing.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Please check the corresponding category for your items below.

A. "US STOCK" Products

These products are shipped from our US Warehouse (for US orders) or China Factory (for non-US orders) and are explicitly marked with "US STOCK" in the title and main image.

3. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

  • Please note that public holidays, peak shopping seasons, customs inspections, severe weather conditions, or other force majeure events may result in extended processing or delivery times.
  • During major holidays, both production and shipping timelines may be delayed accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

4. Address Changes & Order Tracking

  • Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are strictly unable to change the shipping address. Please verify your address at checkout.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
