• Carbon-texture synthetic: sleek, modern look, easy to clean, slightly firmer texture.

Yes, to ensure a perfect fit for your steering wheel, please upload photos and describe the changes (such as specific modification designs, etc.). We will review them, and if additional size data is needed, we will contact you.

Absolutely. Add your ideas in the notes or contact our support team with a mockup. We’ll confirm what’s possible and quote accordingly before we start.

Before production starts — yes, no problem.

Once we begin cutting or stitching, changes or cancellations may incur a partial material fee since it’s a made-to-order item.

We’ll reach out before production if your car photo, trim, or custom details need confirmation. Your order won’t move forward until everything’s verified.

Production usually takes 2–3 business days.

Standard free shipping takes 15–20 business days, depending on location.

If you’re in a rush, choose express — typically 5–7 business days worldwide.

Once shipped, we can attempt an intercept, but courier fees (if any) are your responsibility.

Yes. Every kit includes everything you need — thread, needles, thimble, adhesive tape, and a step-by-step guide. Take your time (plan 60–90 minutes) and keep steady tension as you go. You don’t need professional tools or skills.

Not mandatory, but it really helps first-timers. A few small strips keep the cover steady and prevent wrinkles while stitching.

No. Never remove the factory leather — our patterns are designed to fit right over it. Just clean the surface before installation.

They’ll usually settle within a few days as the material conforms. If not, lightly warm the area with a hair dryer (low heat) and smooth it out by hand.

• Leather: wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth; use mild leather conditioner monthly.
• Alcantara®: brush gently with a soft brush, then spot-clean with a microfiber cloth and dedicated cleaner.
• Synthetic: just wipe with a damp cloth — easy care.
  Avoid alcohol, bleach, or strong solvents. Don’t leave it baking in direct sunlight for hours.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll review and either replace or refund right away.

All steering wheel covers come with a 24-month limited warranty that covers material or craftsmanship defects.
Not covered: normal wear, misuse, chemical damage, or improper installation.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
Bank processing time may vary slightly.
