What makes your steering wheel covers fit so perfectly?
Every cover is built from a specific template for your exact car model and year. We measure real steering wheels, adjust for rim thickness, thumb grips, and spoke shape, then hand-stitch each cover for a smooth, wrinkle-free fit.
What’s the difference between your materials?
Genuine leather: classic, long-lasting, great year-round grip.
Alcantara® (suede-like): soft, sporty feel, breathable but needs a little more care.
Carbon-texture synthetic: sleek, modern look, easy to clean, slightly firmer texture. If you drive daily — go leather. If you like performance feel — go Alcantara® or carbon style.
How do I pick stitching, center marker, and colors?
Simple:
Go contrast if you want something bold.
Match your interior stitching for a clean OEM look.
Choose neutral tones if your cabin already has multiple colors. You can note any custom color combo in your order, and we’ll confirm before production.
Can I install it on a refurbished or rewrapped wheel?
Yes, just tell us in the notes that your wheel was rewrapped or modified. We’ll slightly adjust the pattern for perfect tension and alignment.
Fitment & Customization
How do I know it’ll fit my car?
Select your make, model, and year when ordering. If your steering wheel design looks different from our photos, upload a clear picture — we double-check everything before production.
My wheel is damaged or modified. Can you still make one?
Yes, to ensure a perfect fit for your steering wheel, please upload photos and describe the changes (such as specific modification designs, etc.). We will review them, and if additional size data is needed, we will contact you.
Do you do custom logos, embroidery, or special designs?
Absolutely. Add your ideas in the notes or contact our support team with a mockup. We’ll confirm what’s possible and quote accordingly before we start.
Orders & Changes
Can I change my order after I place it?
Before production starts — yes, no problem.
Once we begin cutting or stitching, changes or cancellations may incur a partial material fee since it’s a made-to-order item.
What if something about my order looks unclear?
We’ll reach out before production if your car photo, trim, or custom details need confirmation. Your order won’t move forward until everything’s verified.
Production & Shipping
How long does it take to make and ship my cover?
Production usually takes 2–3 business days.
Standard free shipping takes 15–20 business days, depending on location.
If you’re in a rush, choose express — typically 5–7 business days worldwide.
How do I track my order?
You’ll automatically get an email with your tracking number once it ships. You can also use our “Track Order” page anytime.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If we haven’t shipped yet — sure.
Once shipped, we can attempt an intercept, but courier fees (if any) are your responsibility.
Installation & Tools
I’ve never sewn anything before. Can I install this myself?
Yes. Every kit includes everything you need — thread, needles, thimble, adhesive tape, and a step-by-step guide. Take your time (plan 60–90 minutes) and keep steady tension as you go. You don’t need professional tools or skills.
Do I have to use the double-sided tape?
Not mandatory, but it really helps first-timers. A few small strips keep the cover steady and prevent wrinkles while stitching.
Do I remove the original leather or steering wheel?
No. Never remove the factory leather — our patterns are designed to fit right over it. Just clean the surface before installation.
What if I see small wrinkles after finishing?
They’ll usually settle within a few days as the material conforms. If not, lightly warm the area with a hair dryer (low heat) and smooth it out by hand.
Care & Maintenance
How should I clean my steering wheel cover?
Leather: wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth; use mild leather conditioner monthly.
Alcantara®: brush gently with a soft brush, then spot-clean with a microfiber cloth and dedicated cleaner.
Synthetic: just wipe with a damp cloth — easy care. Avoid alcohol, bleach, or strong solvents. Don’t leave it baking in direct sunlight for hours.
Returns & Warranty
What if my cover arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll review and either replace or refund right away.
What’s your warranty policy?
All steering wheel covers come with a 24-month limited warranty that covers material or craftsmanship defects. Not covered: normal wear, misuse, chemical damage, or improper installation.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing time may vary slightly.
Before You Order
How do I make sure I order the right one?

Looks and feels great. Appears to be a high quality product. Takes longer than 1 hour to install. Took me most of the day. Biggest frustration was the thread twisting and knotting. If there’s a tip to make this go easier, I’d appreciate knowing it. Overall, very happy with the installed product.
I got one of these covers for my '23 Audi Q3, and the quality of the materials is pretty good. It certainly smells like real leather, and it looks pretty good, too. And when you get it all done and installed, it looks pretty good. Certainly better than any auto parts store or Amazon cover.
The problem I had with it is that the number of stitches on the front don't match the number on the back, so I had to either use some thread loops twice, or skip some entirely. Why? Because the thread you're using to do the stitch becomes waaaay off, so you're not going straight front to back, you're pulling at quite a sharp angle. The holes would start of straight, but would sometimes fairly quickly got out of whack.
I got one of these for my '17 VW GTI a few years back, and I don't remember that happening as much.
Also, I did have the thread break on me once, but that was probably my fault for pulling too hard. The thead likes to twist itself up into knots, which makes the threading more difficult and time consuming. Again, I don't remember that happening w/the VW wheel, so maybe the quality of thread has gone down a bit?
Finally, if you're thinking about doing this yourself on a Q3, know that you're going to need a lot of patience. It took me about 4 hours to do this job (the 2nd time) with trying to tuck the leather behind the spokes, straightening the thread so it wouldn't knot itself, and trying to keep the stitching looking straight because of the dissimilar thread loops provided in the leather. The first try was a few days earlier, and after 1.5 hours of not even completing 1/4 of the cover, I gave up.
The only reason I went for it a 2nd time was because all the alternatives I've found either look cheap, or obviously like a cover, or are waaaay too expensive. And I had already bought it and didn't want to spend more money on a different one. At least this one looks more like OEM, and 95% of the people out there will think it looks great. I do think it looks good- better than most other choices out there- but I seriously doubt I'll ever spend another 5.5 hours total installing another one in the future.
The final result does look better than my worn steering wheel, so I can’t say the product itself is bad. But the installation process was much harder than expected.
This took me about 6–7 hours to install, and it was honestly one of the more frustrating DIY projects I’ve done. The instructions were not very clear, and even the YouTube videos didn’t fully explain the tricky parts (especially around the spokes and tightening the stitching).
If you’re considering this, just know it requires a lot of patience, hand strength, and attention to detail. This is not a quick or easy install.
The end result is decent, but it doesn’t quite match the clean, tight look shown in the product photos—at least not without a lot of effort and experience.
If you’re okay with a time-intensive project, it might be worth it. Otherwise, you may want to consider other options.
